We were impressed with the luxurious amenities and exclusive services this hotel offered. the fresh omelets at breakfast were a standout, and the gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and spa services were all top, notch and well, maintained. the sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided ultimate relaxation, and the kosher food at the restaurant was a welcome addition.

While the service was friendly and attentive, there was often a long wait time at check, in.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! We had a blast exploring the city, the location is perfect! , the hotel has complementary coffee and tea 24/7, which was amazing as we could warm up after long walks in the city. We really enjoyed the complementary Christmas dinner, it was delicious!

Although we enjoyed our Christmas trip, we did have some small issues. The gym was not well-equipped and wasn't in proper use.
